Our retreat consists of two parts and two locations: (you can choose to participate in both which is recommended for a full experience​,​ or take a part in the main program “Healing and Rebirth”) HEALING AND REBIRTH: Sanctuary Posada Natura in the Puntarenas province​,​ situated on one of the cleanest rivers on Earth​,​ Rio Naranjo. 14​/​11- 19​/​11 What is included : - One night at the 4-star hotel Hilton Cariari Double Tree in San Jose on arrival (breakfast included) - Transfer from the hotel to the Sanctuary Posada Natura - Private rental of Sanctuary Posada Natura for our group only for November 15-20 with 3 plant-based meals a day plus snacks from a professional chef - Yoga deck​,​ yoga props and full access to the facilities - Onsite hospitality assistant - The retreat program - All excursions and ceremonies - Full catering with fresh​,​ organic vegetarian food prepared by the professional chef. - Morning and evening Kundalini yoga and meditation​,​ sound healing - Women’s embodiment practices - Sacred geometry​,​ mandala meditation - Soul and body healing practices in the waters of Rio Naranjo - Horseback riding through the pristine tropical jungle to waterfalls - Temazcal ceremony with a shaman – a traditional South American ritual sauna (body detoxification​,​ mind cleansing) - Cacao ceremony – a practice to connect with the primal feminine energy - Tour to the local spice biodynamic family-run farm where we can explore​,​ sense and taste vanilla​,​ true ceylon cinnamon​,​ cacao​,​ black pepper​,​ allspice​,​ turmeric and variety of exotic fruits and medicinal plants. - Full-day trip to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world – Manuel Antonio National Park - Healing massage sessions – optional for extra fee RELAX AND ENJOY : Alma del Pacifico Hotel & Spa villa complex on the Pacific coast​,​ Esterillos Estate Beach 20​/​11 - 23​/​11 What is included: - Transfer from Posada Natura to Alma del Pacifico Hotel on November 20 - Accommodation at Alma del Pacifico for November 20-23 with breakfast - Transfer to the airport on November 23 - relax​,​ swim​,​ sunbathe​,​ integrate the retreat experience​,​ enjoy delicious meals​,​ and revel in the beauty of paradise on Earth! We will see how the group’s feel- if you would like more practices​,​ sunrise yoga on the beach is a magical time! - In the evenings​,​ we will dance on one of the world’s best beaches!
